Materials have been selected with an eye fixed on their long-term performance and durability. The design process was characterized by a simple goal: to build beautiful, sustainable, and affordable homes that we would be proud to offer for sale.

Construction began in May 2009 and is scheduled for completion this October. 12 Lily, our last affordable cottage, was crafted from the shell of the original home on the site and is nearing completion. 22 Lily, our last custom cottage, can be fully customized on three levels to meet your needs for October occupancy.
