Kirby Cottages is a development of Kirby Road Partners LLC, a Vermont company comprised of local investors who are committed to sustainable real estate development practices.

The company is managed jointly by Bob Payson and Bill Niquette, who bring a combined 40 years of local real estate experience to the effort. Bob and his construction company, Payson Carpentry Inc., will oversee all construction related aspects of the project, while Bill is responsible for project design, development and management as well as customer service responsibilities. Bill is also the principal broker of Infill Realty Advisors, a licensed Vermont real estate brokerage that will market Kirby Cottages.

Bob and Bill have collaborated over the past fifteen years on several successful infill residential projects that include including new construction and rehabilitation efforts.
