Each of the seven cottage homesites at Kirby Cottages is unique, and while some features of each cottage like the wecloming front porches are constant to maintain a sense of community, a variety of options are available. You can cusomize and finish basement space and second floor configurations, and in some cases specify finishes that reflect your own needs and tastes.
